Fee Guide

“ I have been using this practice for 20 plus years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The dental technicians excel with people who are of a nervous disposition or who suffer with anxiety. I cannot recommend this place enough. Than kyou Wickford Dental Health Centre ”

Check Eligibility For Free NHS Dental Treatment

Important: Eligibility rules can change, and patients may be asked to provide proof of entitlement. If you are unsure whether you qualify for free NHS dental treatment, please speak to our team or check the latest guidance on the NHS website.

Yes. Help may still be available for NHS charges, particularly if you are a student, pensioner, working part-time or on a low income.

You will need to complete an HC1 form. These are available from our receptionist. On successful application, any charges you have paid will be reimbursed by the DSS. Please keep your receipts.

Alternatively, you may wish to complete the form prior to making an appointment, in which case only the charges outlined in your DSS certificate will need to be paid. Please bring your returned HC1 form with you.
